code of conduct

Elma Research has adopted an Organisational Model designed to prevent the risks of committing the crimes expressly specified in Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments and to limit any impacts in the event that offences are committed by fraudulently circumventing the model.

The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Organisational Model adopted by Elma Research.

The Code of Ethics and the Organisational Model define the relevant ethical principles and rules of conduct for the purposes of preventing crimes pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and specifically contain all the rights, duties and responsibilities of Elma Research towards its “stakeholders”: employees, suppliers, clients, Public Administration, etc.

The rules of the Code of Ethics and the Organisational Model are binding and apply to all employees and collaborators of Elma Research, wherever they operate, as well as to external collaborators or consultants who work in the name and / or on behalf of the Company.

Clients, suppliers and anyone else who has relations with the Company are also required to comply with
the provisions of these documents.
